The customer any one group of person who obtain the specified services offered by the laundry



1. All laundry (dry cleaning, washing, pressing) is accepted by Sunshine Launderette at the owners risk while the utmost care will be exercised by Sunshine Launderette.


2. The items handed over to Sunshine Laundrette shall be accepted in the name of the client not the couriers nor drivers.


3. Persons delivering items to the laundry for the specified services shall count the number of items handed over to the laundry for such specified services at the time the invoice is being processed as well as time of collection of the laundered items.


4. The customer shall check pockets for valuables before handing over the items to The Laundry and remove coins as well as belts, buttons ,brooches , ornaments or any other such articles left on the items which may be damage or tarnished in carrying out the specified services.


5. The item will be inspected by the authorized personnel of the laundry for stains and damages, and the Customers will be notified of same before the specified services is carried out.


6. In case of any discrepancy or undeclared defects i.e. damages or discolorations of items not brought to the notice of the authorized personnel of The Laundry. The Laundry will execute the order after further clarification.


7. The Laundry reserve the right to refuse laundering of any item which appears susceptible to damage upon the specified treatment or any other reason the authorized personnel of the Laundry deems fit


8. The Laundry shall not be held responsible for shrinkage, color change, loss or tarnishing of buttons, damage to zips or slackness of elastic left on any items. Sunshine Laundry shall not be liable for blisters or wrinkled effects on jacket front shoulders or shirt collars .


9. All heavy items , quilts ,blankets , bed sheets , bed covers , comforters, curtains etc are given to The Laundry to carry out the specified services at the customers risk as labels containing manufactures instructions as to color fastness , shrinkage etc. may be unreliable.


10. The Laundry would carry out spot and stains removal only upon request by the customers at the customers risk


11. The Customer will be indemnified by The Laundry for any loss or damage of items only to the extent of compensation ten time the value of the specified services. The laundry reserved the right to retain the items so damaged upon compensation .


12. Any and all claims for loss damage or any other complaints of request for redoing the specified services shall be reported the laundry within twenty four (24) hours along with the customers copy of the relevant invoices.


13. All such claims will be made good only after the expiration of thirty (30) working days after the claim was made.


14. Upon Delivery the laundry will make sufficient effort to contact the customers, but if there is no answer, or if the customers are not present. The articles will be dropped off at the customers pre-selected nearest branch
